• Payment Data: payments are processed by our PCI-compliant processor via CleanCloud; we do not store full card numbers.
• Communications: messages, support inquiries, reviews, and marketing preferences.

B. Information collected automatically

• Device/Usage: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and app diagnostics.
• Cookies & Similar: cookies, local storage, and identifiers to remember preferences and improve the Service.

C. Information from partners

• CleanCloud platform data needed to manage pickup/delivery, order status, and notifications.
• Payment processors for transaction confirmations (no full PAN shared with us).

Note: Do not include sensitive information (e.g., government IDs, medical data) in order notes.
