Privacy Policy
By accessing or using our Services, whether or not you register to use the Service, you agree to the terms of this Agreement and to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information, which establish a contractual relationship between you and BBL. You should review the Agreement before providing us with any information.
As a condition of this Agreement, you acknowledge that BBL may modify this Agreement at any time by providing notice. Notice may be given by posting a revision to these Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes consent to be bound by the amended Agreement.
You affirm that you will review this Agreement periodically to stay informed of any changes. You may not create a link to this website from another website or document without BBL’s prior written consent.
The content of this website is for general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.
Reproduction of materials contained on this website — including design, layout, look, appearance, and graphics — is prohibited except in accordance with the copyright notice. All trademarks, service marks, trade dress, and trade names are proprietary to BBL.
You acknowledge that the information and materials provided on this website may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we explicitly exclude any liability for such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
Any dispute arising from the use of our website is subject to the federal laws of the United States as well as applicable laws of the State of California.
Customer Agreement & Terms of Use
To use most aspects of the Services, you must register for and maintain an active personal user account (“Account”). You must be at least 13 years of age to obtain an Account.
Account registration requires you to provide BBL with certain personal information, such as your name, address, and mobile phone number, as well as at least one valid credit card. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your Account.
Failure to maintain accurate or current information — including having an invalid or expired credit card — may result in your inability to access or use the Services or in termination of this Agreement.
By creating an Account, you agree that BBL may send you text messages (SMS) as part of the normal business operation. You may opt out at any time by logging into your profile or contacting our support team, understanding that doing so may affect your use of the Services.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you assume all risk for loss or damage to personal property, and any claims must be made in accordance with BBL’s policies.
Dry Cleaning Damage Policy
Customers are responsible for the following when submitting dry-clean items:
- Physically placing such items in a separate bag (from regular laundry).
- Selecting the “Quick Order Dry Clean” option during checkout.
- Referencing in the comment section which bag contains dry-clean garments.
Failure to follow these steps may cause garments to be laundered and damaged. While our staff does its best to identify and sort items, BBL cannot be held responsible.
We take utmost care in processing all garments using methods best suited to each item. However, BBL is not responsible for inherent weaknesses, defects, or manufacturer mislabeling.
Claims for damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of pick-up or delivery and include proof of purchase. Reimbursement will follow the International Fair Claims Guide for Consumer Textile Products and shall not exceed 10× our cleaning charge.
Lost Item Policy
In rare cases where items go missing, claims must be submitted within 48 hours of pick-up or delivery, including proof of purchase.
Reimbursement (preferably as store credit) will be the lower of:
- 6× our cleaning charge, or
- The replacement value (50% if under 3 months, 25% for 3–6 months, 10% after 6 months).
BBL is not responsible for valuables left in garments. Unclaimed garments after 90 days will be donated to charity.
Wash & Fold Policy
By using our Wash & Fold service, you agree to the following terms:
Reimbursements for lost or damaged items may only be issued if a detailed itemized list (brand, color, style, size) accompanies the order at drop-off. Without a list, BBL is not responsible for missing or damaged items.
BBL uses commercial-grade washing machines and does not accommodate “hand wash only” instructions. Items labeled as “hand wash” will be gently cycled, but BBL is not responsible for damage due to fabric sensitivity.
Pricing is based on estimated weight and may change upon actual measurement. For items requiring remediation (infestation, mold, etc.), additional charges apply:
- $3.49 per pound for wash & fold items
- $2.00 per item for dry cleaning
For “air dry” or “low dry” items, customers must:
- Inform us in the order notes,
- Select the “Low Dry” option during checkout, and
- Indicate which bag contains those garments.
Failure to do so may cause garments to dry at medium temperature, resulting in potential damage for which BBL is not responsible.
Coupons
First-time customers receive 15% off their first order. Other coupons apply to existing customers only. Coupons cannot be stacked; one per order.
Hotel customers and orders with infestations do not qualify for discounts.
BBL may issue promotional codes redeemable for credit or benefits, subject to specific campaign terms. Customers agree that each promo code:
- Must be used lawfully and as intended,
- May be disabled or revoked at any time by BBL,
- Cannot be sold, transferred, duplicated, or exchanged for cash.
BBL reserves the right to withhold or deduct credits obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or improper use of promo codes.
